01 — DATA WE COLLECT
What information we hold
This website
This site is informational. It has no enquiry forms, no accounts, no analytics and no advertising trackers, and it does not ask you for personal information. We do not collect anything about you passively while you browse.
When you contact us
If you call, message or email us, we receive whatever you choose to share — typically your name, phone number, email address and the content of your message.
When you become a client
Onboarding requires the KYC and transaction information that regulations prescribe. It is collected through the client platform, the AMCs, KYC Registration Agencies and the relevant product providers — not through this website — and is governed by their policies and by the applicable regulations.
02 — PURPOSE
Why we collect it
Enquiries
To respond to you and, if we speak, to prepare for the conversation. Your contact details are not used for unsolicited marketing of any kind, and are never sold or rented.
Client records
To onboard you, execute the transactions you authorise, service your investments, and meet our record-keeping obligations as an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor.
03 — CONSENT
How we obtain consent
When you contact us, you consent to Ladder Financial Services LLP using the details you share to respond to your enquiry. Consent for client onboarding is obtained separately and explicitly at the time of onboarding. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to the Grievance Officer below; withdrawal does not affect anything lawfully done before it, or records we are required by regulation to keep.
04 — THIRD PARTIES
Who else handles your data
We do not sell your data. Operating this site involves the following third parties:
Netlify
Hosts this website and serves all pages. It may keep standard web access logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) under its own data processing terms.
Google Fonts and the Tailwind CSS CDN
Your browser downloads the typefaces and the stylesheet engine used on this site directly from these services. As with any web request, that discloses your IP address to them. We do not receive any data from them.
InvestWell client portal
The “Client Login” link leads to a separate platform used by existing clients. It is not part of this website and is governed by its own privacy policy.
05 — RETENTION
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence
Kept only for as long as it is needed to respond and follow up, and deleted on request.
Client records
Kept for the periods required by SEBI, AMFI and anti-money-laundering regulations, and then deleted.
06 — YOUR RIGHTS
Your rights under the DPDP Act 2023
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), you have the following rights with respect to the personal data we hold about you:
Right of access
Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Right of correction
Request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete data we hold about you.
Right of erasure
Request deletion of your personal data, subject to any overriding legal obligation to retain it.
